I just bought the game and installed it without any problems at my
mother's PC. I also created a my player account by using the included game key and
chosing a nickname and a password. Then I confirmed the account with my
e-mail adress. The game worked well and I played it throughout the whole
weekend. Right now, I arrived at my own place and installed the game on my own
PC. On the first run of the game, I had to confirm my age again, but I was
not able to log in with the the account name, I created at my mother's
place. The game says, that this account doesn't exist. Please give me some quick
instructions, 'cause I'm pretty much addicted to the new game!

Hello Simon,
Thank you for contacting 2K Support. We apologize for the delayed
response.
Since the activation is a one time activation, you will not be able to
install it on a second computer as it is tied to the installation of the game.
If you want to play the game on multiple computers, you would need
multiple copies of the games.
I hope you are still able to enjoy the game.

Dear 2K Support,
first of all I will apologize for my diction, but are you kidding me?!
Why do I have to create a game account, if I can use it only on one single PC? Why does the option "Login with existing account" exist?
In fact, I visit my mum thrice a year, so the copy, I purchased, is in fact pretty much useless to me. This has nothing to do with consumer satisfaction. I really can promise you, that this has been the last 2K developed game, I will ever buy. I even don't understand the object of the account attachment to a single PC. If I buy a console game, I will be able to play it on several different consoles. I'm really, really angry right now, but I know, that I'm adressing my emotions wrong.
Yours sincerely,
a very disappointed consumer

Hello Simon,
I understand your frustration with this. Unfortunately, PC games have a one time activation code which is not the case with any console games. That is why it is possible to play console games on multiple consoles. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Stephanie L.
