Ach nee, die sollen Kanye nicht dissen, ich will Cam irgendwann wieder auf einem Kanye West Beat hören!

Hier mal die Diss-Lines markiert:

Jimmy posted these two videos of him and Cam’ron in the studio on Twitter last night. He was previewing a song they had just cut over Kanye and Pusha T’s “Runaway” beat with Jim on the chorus, and Cam is talking over the music in the first video (after the jump.) The second video (above) is a snippet of the Cam’ron verse, and although the “Jigga” part is inaudible, it’s pretty clear how he feels about Kanye:

And Kanye, you a sucka toller Typ
Dissed Dame, so my attitude is **** the toller Typ
Stuck to Jigga, how you gon’ live with that?
Took the beat, now come get it back…

My question is, in that case, why were they shouting out Kanye in the U.N.Stream a few months ago, telling people to leave him alone and that they love him despite the shit that he was going through at the time. Cam’s manager Big Joe even told Kanye to call him, probably to get Cam some beats or even get him on Ye’s new project. Now, was it the fact that he didn’t respond what compelled them to record this? Or is it the fact that they have an album coming out now? Is reigniting old Roc-A-Fella beef the only way to make a “Dipset Reunion” relevant these days? Or maybe Kanye did answer? Maybe they were just really high?

Wieso nehmen die diesen Runaway Beat aber ignorieren Devil in A New Dress ???

Aber man kann sagen was man will, Cam ist loyal. Wenn es um Dame geht wechselt er glaube ich niemals die Seite. Ich finde es auch nicht gut, einfach weil ich finde dass Kanye und Cam immer gut harmoniert haben, aber Respekt habe ich schon vor dieser sturen Loyalität seitens Cam. Und gerade dieses Loyalitäts-Thema war ja auch der Grund für den kompletten Dipset-Split.

But we still don’t really have a firm grasp on the why. In a recent Ustream, Cam’s manager Big Joe talks about possibly working with Kanye and Pharrell, and Cam didn’t seem adverse to it. Also, sources say that Kanye West has been open to working with Cam again as well, and that intermediaries have been discussing collabos too. Hopefully this doesn’t derail that. Or create any awkwardness between Ye’s artists and Dipset affiliates. The tree of music has yet to bear all it’s fruit! Lol! Jim’s intro hints that they’re just ruffling feathers. Please hug it out *nh*.

Der nervt mich schon seit dem ersten Diplomats Track den ich je gehört habe :D Ich hab echt keine Ahnung wie der es geschafft hat, von som talentierten Haufen wie den Dips aufgenommen zu werden... hab den sowieso schon immer eher als ne art Hypeman ala' Flavor Flav angesehen, als Rapper kann ich den Mann einfach nicht ernst nehmen. Obwohl er glaub ich teilweise auch Money Boy inspiriert hat mit solchen genialen Hooks wie bspw. "G's up, hoes down/ if the bitch can't swim she's gon' drown" :D

Track is gut, aber auch unnötig. Die können von mir aus gegen die G-Unit feuern oder was davon übrig ist, aber bitte nicht gegen Ye!

Santana hat mit Funk Flex über den Kanye Diss gesprochen:

Flex had Santana call into his show to discuss the Kanye diss that Cam & Jimmy threw out yesterday. Juelz didn’t really have much to say about it other than Cam’s always felt a certain way about Jay and even Kanye and that he’s never been one to bite his tongue, which is true. He also said that he spoke to Kanye a month and a half ago and that he was even supposed to go down to Hawaii to help Ye work on his album, then he said that this definitely change things.
