[/float]Wie in jedem Jahr hat Virginia Rapper Skillz pünktlich gegen Ende 2005 einen neuen Teil seiner "Rap-Up" Songs veröffentlicht. "(W)Rap-Up 2005" ist ein nicht ganz ernst gemeinter lyrischer Jahr-Rückblick auf das vergangene HipHop-Jahr.
Über das Instrumental des Jamie Foxx Tracks "Unpredictable" rappt Skillz unter anderem über Houston, Nelly & Ashanti, Nas & Kelis, die Gerichts-Verhandlungen von Lil' Kim und Irv Gotti', Jamie Foxx's Oscar, Dave Chappelle, Hurricane Katrina, Kanye West's legendäres "George Bush Doesn’t Like Black People" Kommentar, Bobby Brown's Reality Show, Michael Jackson sowie 50 Cent und The Game's Pressekonferenz.
Obwohl Skillz eigentlich keinen "Rap-Up" Song mehr aufnehmen wollte, blieb ihm schließlich doch nichts anderes übrig als den Track doch aufzunehmen, so der Rapper in einem Interview:
