ich mein mal gelesen dass mans au selber einpielen kann un ja dann halt nicht mehr

Gerade wenn du nachspielst bekommst du Ärger mit der Gema. Das nennt sich dann Urheberrechtsverletzung.
Wenn du samplest begehst du Urheberrechtsverletzung UND eine Verletzung des Leistungsschutzrechts.
Das Problem ist das du sogar ein OK vom Urheber haben kannst, dich durch das samplen aber trotzdem strafbar machst da du immer noch das Leistungsschutzrecht verletzt welches bei den Plattenfirmen liegt die sich nur darüber freuen wenn schon wieder "einer ins Netz geht" und man ihn aussaugen kann. Da ist man dann noch gut bei weg gekommen wenn man "nur "seine Tonträger zurückrufen und einstampfen muss.

Mir persönlich ist das ziemlich Wurscht da ich mir die künstlerische Freiheit nicht nehmen lasse. Aber es ist ganz klar illegal und wenn ich wirklich mal was rausbringen würde dann würde ich das natürlich vorher clearen.

die melo is ziemlich markant, so streicher spizzicato, nach oben und wieder runter gepitcht und son gitarren hit auf die und...

is ziemlich bekannt und mir spuckt nun ein davon gesampleter track im kopf rum, sollte d-rap sein und ich wollte wissen von wem.....
