Ja, die ersten 2 Alben, vor allem das erste, waren schon ziemlich cool! Weiß noch wie das Video zu "Awnaw" immer auf MTViva lief, hab ich mega gefeiert! Im Anschluss an "Wooden Leather" wurde es ja etwas ruhiger um die Jungs (ok, Mixtapes hab ich in dem Fall auch wieder nicht richtig verfolgt) und als sie dann Jahre später mit "The Humdinger" wieder ein Album gebracht haben, war halt alles von dem Sound weg, der sie ausgezeichnet hat... alles bisschen künstlich auf modern getrimmt, Cover hatte auch diesen Style, der so'n bisschen an die ganzen Hyphy-Sachen aus der Bay erinnert hat... hatte das Ding damals blind gekauft und war übertrieben enttäuscht! Würde es immer noch als ihr schwächstes Album bezeichnen... "The Pursuit Of Nappyness" war dann aber nochmal ziemlich gut und "Nappy Dot Org" sowie das neue jetzt würd ich als ok bezeichnen, jeweils ein paar nette Tracks drauf, aber insgesamt zu belanglos bzw. durchschnittlich, um längerfristig zu rotieren!
