J.Nolan, born Jamar Nolan is a 22 year old Hip-Hop artist in Atlanta, GA and is originally from New Haven, CT. Although currently unsigned, Nolan is becoming one of the south-east region’s premier lyricists on the rise with his penchant for mixing fluid wordplay, metαphors, and showing ability to venture into storytelling concepts all while maintaining his signature flow that the listeners love.

Feier ich sehr, mE ein talentierter Typ. Vom Sound her würde ich seine Musik eher als Neo-BoomBap bezeichnen, von daher bestimmt nichts für Jedermann, aber wer in in diesem Bereich nach frischen Künstlern sucht, wird bei J.Nolan fündig. :)
Wer sich einen schnellen Eindruck von dem Künstler machen möchte, sollte sich die "Archetype EP" anhören, sind nur 5 Tracks, dafür aber auch hohem Niveau.

Damn, ich kannte den jungen bis gerade gar nicht. Seine EP hab ich mir mal geladen und gerade angehört... ist echt genial der typ. der erste track auf der EP ist eifnach nur ein brett.

Gefällt mir echt was der macht :)
 
Vor allem ist er technisch (gilt für die Reimtechnik wie auch für die Flows) sehr versiert, eine Fähigkeit, die vielen Interpreten aus dem Bereich "Neo-BoomBap" leider abgeht!
 
Ich hab mir seine free realeases jetzt mal angehört. Der junge hats echt drauf... ist wie du sagst er hat ne gute technick, gefällt mir. Chaos Theory ist ja mal ein mörder ding, besonders auch der gleichnamige track.

New single from the Dreams Manifest compilation project. "Thug Passion" is essentially a song dedicated to the ladies- expressing romantic interest, but still doing so in a masculine manner...hence the usage of the word "thug" to denote the balance of being a gentleman that's still not a soft individual. We're sure many people can relate to that sentiment.

When it comes to the first musical offering from a new project the pressure to release a worthy record tends to be at its highest, but for J.Nolan and Yung B Da Producer (jointly known as The Manifest Movement) when the pressure is high they simply use it to make Red Diamonds. Serving as the duo’s first song release from collaborative project The Upbringing, Red Diamonds showcases the Connecticut spitter at one of his most lyrical moments yet as he proceeds to drop his self-assured rhymes on the lengthy cut. Serving as the beatsmith behind Red Diamonds and The Upbringing‘s other musical offerings, Yung B hardly skimps on the soul when it comes to the records bouncy, bass-driven production. Although a release date for The Upbringing remains unannounced, you can expect the album’s release before the year is up.
