"ain't gone do it" direkt zu beginn ein böses brett. "making a play" auch ein traum. stressmatic mag ich sowieso, weil der seine hooks immer mit so ner bedrohlichen art vorträgt. "dress like a d-boy" bekommt dadurch auch immer nen komplett anderen vibe. auf "my lil grimey n!gga" von 2011 funktioniert das in perfektion.

insgesamt hätte ich mir noch mehr tracks im stil der oben genannten oder z.B. "mob" und "tricks" gewünscht.
die vielen tracks mit gesang finde ich ehrlich gesagt etwas nervig, auf "oaklandish" gefällts mir aber ganz gut.
von dem track mit gibbs und larry habe ich mir auch etwas mehr erhofft. so einen langweilig und normal flowenden 40 wie auf "girl i see you winning" möchte glaube ich kein mensch hören.

weiß jemand warum das als ein album released wurde? sind ja nur vier gemeinsame tracks drauf und eigentlich offensichtlich zwei getrennte alben. (@Score_)

Ich würde mal schätzen als Promo für das Verzuz zwischen den beiden (siehe @FifthAce1 Post). E40 hatte ja eigentlich noch Teil 3 der "The Curb Commentator" Reihe angekündigt, aber wurde seit September nix dazu gesagt.

Album gefällt mir ganz gut. Die E40 Tracks sind überwiegend gelungen, Shorty hat leider wieder Quatsch mit am Start.
Das Verzuz war auch sehr cool, reinschauen lohnt sich.
