The Aztext ist eine Indie-Rap-Crew aus den Staaten, die u.a. im Studio oder auf der Bühne zusammenarbeiteten mit One Be Lo, Zion I, Krumb Snatcha, Afrika Bambatta, Snoop Dog, Planet Asia, Wordsworth, Akrobatik, Mac Lethal, Q-Unique und Brother Ali.
In Kürze ist Teil 1 einer bevorstehenden EP-Serie mit dem Titel "Who Care's If We're Dope" in den Regalen. Für jede EP steuerte ein anderer Produzent die Beats bei, angekündigt sind bisher u.a. die Touchphonics aus San Francisco, Dub Sonata, Illmind und Shuko aus Mainz.
