Later this year, Ras Kass will be releasing an official sequel (and prequel) to his classic debut, Soul On Ice.

Announced back in March, Ras is planning to make SOI a trilogy with the release of two new projects in 2016—Intellectual Property (the prequel) in June, followed by Soul On Ice II in December.

IP, which is nearly complete, will feature guest spots and production from the likes of Bun B, Statik Selektah, Apollo Brown, OC, AFRO, Kurupt, Apathy, and others. While SOI2 will consist of previously-unreleased tracks from the '95 recording sessions, rare remixes, and brand-new tracks with features and production from Styles P, Alchemist, Immortal Technique, Faith Evans, and others.
