Jeder weiß dass ich eigtl den besten geschmack richtung coolen rap hier im forum habe

Ich habe es mir daher für euch angehört und muss sagen dass das ziemlich lame war. Not like us kam ganz cool die ersten Sekunden, aber so richtig umgehauen hat es mich nicht. Einziges nugget dann von der show her serena, auch da rest sehr lame

Gebt euch doch mal 2022, da würde ich immer lieber einen fetten fifty von der decke hängen lassen (hab ihn 23 in Oberhausen gesehen, da war er total in shape, er sieht live so gut aus) und ich mag nixht mal eminem
 
Nächstes mal lassen wir megan 15 min freestylen und sie ist selber auch die show

Guter Punkt von Cam. Für mich auch der Grund wieso east coast nichts mehr zu melden hat gegenüber dem Süden, die sind nämlich genau so.

Der süden hat sich dahingehend aber auch verändert, Gucci vs jeezy Livestream ist irgendwie ein Sinnbild für die veränderung, in den 90er haben sich die ganzen clicken in den städten noch Steine in den Weg gelegt und heute ist es mehr oder weniger Harmonie. Das hätten die new York Atzen auch schaffen können

Gut bis auf so Sachen wie Young Dolph und Yo Gotti….

Ja, das stimmt natürlich, auch T.I. vs. Lil Flip und Chamillionaire vs. Paul Wall. Denke da immer an die Legende Pimp C, der dann eine Ansage gemacht hat von wegen sie sollen alle aufhören zu streiten weil es gäbe zu viel Geld zu verdienen.

Pimp war aber (bis auf die Sache mit Master P haha) eh gut vernetzt, glaube das war schon wichtig für den Zusammenhalt, diese Texas-Memphis-ATL Connections die er aufgemacht hat.

Paul Wall hat sogar 2023 darüber geredet und gesagt dass es Pimp und E-40 waren, die verhindert haben dass der Beef eskaliert:

At one point during the conversation, Wall opened up about his relationship with former collaborative partner Chamillionaire. In 2002, they joined forces for the album Get Ya Mind Correct, which went on to sell more than 150,000 copies. But their relationship went awry just two years later when Wall and his entourage allegedly attacked Chamillionaire’s younger brother, Rasaq Seriki. Although they ultimately squashed their beef in 2010, they had a little help behind the scenes from people who refused to let it escalate—namely E-40 and the late Pimp C.

“I remember Pimp C and E-40, both of them being the only two people in the world that would come to me and come to him and say, ‘Y’all trippin’. There’s way too much money out there,'” Wall explained. “The opportunity is here now and y’all guys grew up together. You guys need to figure that s### out. Don’t put that s### on wax. Keep it to yourself. Keep it player.’ They both told us that. When Pimp C got out of jail, that was the first thing he said: “What’s up with you and Chamillionaire.” I’d tell him something, and he’d be like, “You’re trippin’. I told him the same thing: ‘Y’all’s beef is over.'”

Wall confirmed Pimp C was “absolutely” instrumental in not letting it get out of control. He added, “And E-40 as well. He was one of our first mentors who was there for me and Chamillionaire at early, early stages. Bun B was the other one, but Bun B stayed out of it, though. Pimp C went out of his way to tell us we were trippin’. E-40 went out of his way too and gave us a list of all the rappers and rap groups throughout the years that broke up and got back together, and nobody gave a f### about them. The momentum was gone. He was like, “Is this going to be you or what?”

@BochumerJunge es geht aber bei dem Argument auch weniger um Beef innerhalb der Region oder der Stadt, sondern von Beef Location/Region A mit Location/Region B.

@BochumerJunge es geht aber bei dem Argument auch weniger um Beef innerhalb der Region oder der Stadt, sondern von Beef Location/Region A mit Location/Region B.

Also vergleichbar damit, dass die derben Hamburger Beef mit den Berlinern haben können und alle sich dabei als Hamburger oder Berliner definieren und ihre Stadt verteidigen, aber sich zB innerhalb von Berlin Aggro mit dem Bunker beefen kann?
 
Jeezy scheint ernsthafte Probleme zu haben unter anderem mit seinem ehemaligem rechte Hand Mann Clem. Anscheinend hat Jeezy auf seinem letztem Album I Might Forgive, But I Don't Forget (2023) eine Hit-list veröffentlich auf der sein Name drauf ist.

When that happend was it a smack in the face before it even occured, because once it occurred it ended up being way more disrespectful than prob anybody could have expected in terms of Gucci actually saying the shit about smoking Pookie Loc?

„Everything he(Gucci Mane) did I expected, I knew he was going do it. If he would not have did it what else would it really have been for the VERZUZ because he(Gucci Mane) have no songs that match up with Jeezy‘s catalog. I‘m just going to keep it 100.“

Was ist eigentlich zwischen Gucci und Jeezy vorgefallen? kenne da die Story irgendwie garnicht.
