  • This is actually pretty well-known if you’re into classic Memphis hip-hop, but is worth knowing if you’re outside the community. Kingpin somewhat infamously recorded two (and a half) mixtapes while pretending to be his then wife (who did rap occasionally under the name “Lady Bee”). He simply pitched his vocals up to sound more feminine, took the name for himself and rapped from the perspective of a woman, including the track “Where the Big Dicks at”, which presumably would’ve gotten him in a lot of trouble in the streets if people found out it was really a guy. Bringing this up to him today will get you instantly blocked.

Tut mir auch leid für Kanye und Kim ist wegen ihrer Aufmerksamkeitssucht und dem Golddiger Hustle schon unsympathisch. Aber die wirkt wie eine recht intelligente und psychisch stabile Frau während Kanye ein totales Wrack ist.

Hab mir danach mal seine mucke angehört und das ist ja wirklich nichts. Niemals hätte der den Platz von yg einnehmen können und die klickzahlen der letzten beiden Veröffentlichungen sind bis auf das drake feature auch unterirdisch gewesen.

ja wenn man die tracks runterschraubt hört man direkt dass es skinny ist
lady bee hat aber anfangs und sptäer auch wieder selbst gerapt und sachen veröffentlicht, anfangs hatte sie auch einen record store und sptäer ein richtiges label
man kannte die auf der straße und skinny hat sich das dann zu nutze gemacht
alle guten dj paul parts sind übrigens auch entweder von skinny oder lord infamous geschrieben worden... und für lil gin hat

sie hat nämlich manche gimisum tapes gebootlegged und dann vertickt... auf diesen kopien stand dann immer "something for a skinny erchael" drauf
