Weil ich das Teil seit 13 Jahren auf Festplatte habe und es ist mir relativ egal sein kann ob das Ding auf Spotify ist. Streaming Kataloge sind wesentlich empfindlicher ggü Sample Clearances etc. , gerade bei den Mixtapes gegen Ende der 00er Jahre wurde auf alles geschissen deswegen ist es besser das Zeug auf Platte zu haben.

Ja dann muss ich mich halt darauf verlassen, dass es bei datpiff nie runtergenommen wird. Amazon hat mir letztens meine (bezahlten und legalen) MP3's gesperrt weil ich kein Music Unltd Abo habe, war froh das ich von allem ein Backup habe. Am Ende des Tages reicht ja auch meistens eine Google Suche "Album Titel + ZIP" aber für viele ist es ja mittlerweile so das wenn etwas nicht bei Spotify ist, es quasi nicht existent ist.

Und gerade bei sowas wie "A Kid named Cudi" würde ich doch eher zweifeln das die doch recht kostspieligen Samples sich im Nachhinein für den Künstler lohnen im Falle eines Re-Releases. Muss ja jeder für sich selbst wissen, ich bin beruhigter wenn ich den Scheiss auf Festplatte habe
