During a sit-down with the good folks over at TheWellVersed, JC speaks on The Blue Album, the Best In The World series, an upcoming Eminem-themed project and more.

With The Blue Album I wanted to start by paying homage and respect to those that actually are the Best In The World. I’m definitely going to do an Eminem tape, it’s going to be called The Peoples Rapper LP. Good rap music to me growing up was Jay-Z, Biggie, Eminem, Nas, Pac, Pun, Soulja Slim, these are some of the people that were The Best In The World to me. I figured If I’m striving to to be the best in the world then what better way to do that than by paying respect to those that already are. This Best In The World mixtape is me in a room by myself screaming at the top of my lungs just wanting somebody to hear me.
