Apollo Brown

Sehr interessantes Remix-Projekt:

About a year ago, Gensu Dean began working on a project (Abrasions) with Planet Asia. At the same time, Mello Music Group label-mate Apollo Brown began his work with Guilty Simpson on a record (Dice Game). Enjoying each other's work, the two producers decided to challenge each other and produce new versions of the other's respective projects. Gensu would take Guilty Simpson's vocals and rework them, while Apollo would do the same with Planet Asia's verses. The result? A two-side project, Abrasions: Stitched Up and Dice Game: Shaken, due out January 14th.

Detroit producer Apollo Brown brings in the dramatic late night ride remix for Chicago emcee (and Ugly Heroes brethren) Verbal Kent. The track, "Underrated?", is off Verbal Kent's new album "Sound of the Weapon." Originally this remix appeared exlucusively on the 日本語/Japanese edition of the album.
