ja, nur das audio. das konzert ist geil. mein bruder hat es 85 via satellit auf tape aufgenommen. ist teil meiner kindheit. bin gespannt auf das footage, kann sein, dass ich da schon sachen von kenne, es ist nicht "never seen before".

wieder ein wacker cash-cow-move von warner, aber das war zu erwarten. irgendwie auch ätzend, dass die das als dvd rausbringen. es ist zwar vermutlich nur tv-auflösung, trotzdem ist dvd als format so oll.

ich hätte übrigens gerne die laserdisc. call me retro. :rolleyes:

Ich weiß, meinte aber eigentlich die Coverversion von Prince. Siehe Seite 2 der Videogalerie. Du kannst dort einmal "umblättern". Ich habe es mittlerweile aber sowieso gefunden. Live at Glam Slam East (1994), falls es dich interessiert.

Hear A 19-Year-Old Prince Wreck Every Instrument On This Unreleased Instrumental Album

With all of the fable-like legends surrounding Prince‘s purple afterglow, the world has to wonder just how many can be chalked up to conjecture, how many of those tales are more than mere myth. Today, the internetsbring us just that musical litmus test, as the previously unreleased Loring Park Sessions have been freed from their dingy vaults for you to experience the greatness of the young master well before his major label debutthe following year.

According to the stans at prince.org, the sessions were recorded in the house of Prince’s first manager, Owen Husney, in 1977 featuring just a trio, comprised, a 19-year-old Prince, Bobby Z and longtime friend andcollaborator, Andre Cymone. Though the album features instrumentals only, it’s an intimate and terribly funky lens into P’s proficiency on damn-near every instrument, with Bobby Z and Cymone proving to be very capable accompaniment for the purple prodigy, only just beginning on his path to bonafide stardom.
