pats alten scheiß pump ich regelmäßig ... ansich bin ich bei three six mafia nach mystic stylez eher raus (haben schon noc hgute tracks gemacht alles in allem aber die alben waren eher durchwachsen) aber pat hat noch lange sehr gut geliefert

halte aber eh nich übermäßig viel von der truppe
kalr für ein paar hitz waren die im laufe der zeit schon gut, aber das meiste is eher mittelmaß
versteh auch nich was dieser lil infamous sich denkt eifnach seinen vater schlecht zu biten
 
gangsta pat hat sich auf facebook zum start der memphis rap szene geäußert:
Let's get this straight about the Memphis Sound!
The whole scene started with DJs, "Sonni D","Ray the J", "Spanish Fly", "Disco Hound", DJ. B.K." etc.....Spanish Fly and Ray the Jay started to make they own mixtapes. Fly would even put together sampled tracks and make songs like "Smokin Onion" etc..... I was the first rapper to blow up as just a rapper and not a DJ! You can't name a rapper that was doing the Memphis sound before Gangsta Pat, and if you find one put the proof up and I will share it! I was heavily influinced by the "Isaac Hayes sound, my father was his drummer! I practacly grew up in Stax with all the stars. All my God parents are Stax musicians! That 1rst phase of the Memphis rap sound started with me! "David Porter" took me to his studio and introduced me to "SMK". He had a SP-12 and taught all of us how to decay that sub 808 Boom! The second phase of the Memphis sound was created by D.J. Zirk & D.J. Squeeky, they slowed the tempo down and made it wicked. Everybody after that took what we created and did they own version!
 
Gibt es eigentlich Deutschrapper, die sich am 93'-95' Memphis-Style orientieren und ansatzweise empfehlbar sind?

Mein Maßstab wären da - unangefochten - Mr. 187 und Mike Mendez. HME, Skinny Finsta, Opti Mane und Donvtello finde ich auch i.O., obwohl mich die Texte bei 44187 eher interessieren (Mystic Shyt, Raubmord, Bullenmord, Home Invasions, auf Drogen rumcreepen, Straßenhustle, psychopathic lunatics, dezenter Horror ...).

Ansonsten kenne ich nur Hirntot, Bassboxxx und Moneymaxxx. Das finde ich aber eher schlecht - peinlich. (v.a. durch das ständige Rumgeschreie und diesen überzogenen Devyl Shyt).
 
das beste memphis inspirierte album is meiner ansicht nach Hassmonstas Demonenpark - Sturmtruppenkillateam, aber die bringen da auch ihre eigenen berliner styles rein
ansonsten lieber den original scheiß reinballern, is viel besser als die ganzen kopien mit irgendwelchen phantasiegeschichten über glocks und drive bys

Der miese wird tatsächlich versteigert, ich hab ihn schon aber evtl will ja einer zuschlagen! Könnte ein schnäppchen werden, man bezahlt für den guten Milt meist 2-3 scheine, falls überhaupt mal in freier wildbahn

der beat is nich so überragend aber flow mäßig hat er da noch was aufem kasten gehabt muss man sagen
