Bestes Projekt, das er bislang rausgebracht hat. Brennt echt von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde alles ab. "Control" ist der einzige Track, bei dem ich noch zwiegespalten bin. Hat schon unverkennbaren Ohrwurmfaktor, aber ist doch auch sehr cheesy und passt mit dem vielen Gesang nicht zu ihm. Der Rest dagegen ist makellos. "Gutta"-Beat könnte aus den besten "Carter 3"-Zeiten stammen, stecken generell geile Samples hier drin. Outro mit Jay-Z Hommage auch großartig. Und auf der anderen Seite gibts halt auch wieder die perfekten düsteren Sachen wie "Run It Up" (schon bei dem Beat gefriert einem das Blut in den Adern). Ganz starkes Ding!

Weiß nicht ob die Infos stimmen, aber laut XXL stammt "Tired" aus einem Kollaboalbum mit Lil Bibby namens "No Limitation" und "Eastside Story" aus einem gemeinsamen Projekt mit Southside namens "Swervo". Und sein Debütalbum "Humble Beast" steht für nächstes Jahr ja auch an. :thumbsup:
 
Finds auch relativ gut, weiß aber noch nicht, ob es tatsächlich an "Ballin' like I'm Kobe" rankommt. Sein Faible für schrille, teils kitschige Samples kommt hier am deutlichsten zur Geltung, was schon geil kommt - gerade mit seiner kratzigen, prägnanten Stimme ("Gutta" :eek:). Ist auf jeden Fall nicht so brachial wie seine letzten Releases, obwohl von der Sorte auch wieder Songs dabei sind ("Run it up", "Eastside Story", "Havin' Shit" oder die wie immer gelungene Kollabo mit Lil Bibby). Allein mit welcher Power er das Tape auf dem Intro schon einläutet! Eine besondere Erwähnung haben noch "Something" und das Outro mit den textlich wohl besten Momenten verdient!
"Control" ist leider recht enttäuschend, weder vom Text noch vom Sound her erreicht der Song den gewünschten Effekt; "Pull up" ist mir auch zu corny. Von den beidne Tracks abgesehen jedoch durchgehend stark, da kann man sich nur auf künftige Releases freuen.
 
Würde das Tape auch als sein bisher bestes bezeichnen, insbesondere die Beats sind deutlich abwechslungsreicher. Am besten gefällt mir mit Abstand "Gutta" ( :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:), könnte ich mir stundenlang auf Repeat anhören.
