During their Los Angeles stop at The Novo by Microsoft Theater Thursday (August 17), DJ Quik spoke with DX about his relationship with Scarface, the initial concept of the tour and a collaborative EP with the Facemob leader.

“I think an EP first because my ADD won’t let me do an album no more,” Quik told #DXLive host Jake Rohn. “Scarface and I, we working on an EP actually. We’re actually recording every show that we do into Protools all stemmed out. We’re going to listen back to it after the tour is done and in the interim, we’re writing lyrics and music on the bus. It just makes sense to make an EP not just to sell and have a record out but to make this whole experience and give it to people to feel a vibe.”

Leider keinerlei Infos - genauso wie bei der Delinquent Habits Lp. Scheint denen einfach egal zu sein. VinDig @Johnblaze und HHV interessieren sich auch nicht dafür - lieber andere Dinge veröffentlichen (zb. Dred Scott / Smif-N-Wessun) die es schon auf Vinyl gab.
 
Ehrlich gesagt hat uns das Album nicht so sehr überzeugt, dass wir es auf Vinyl gebraucht hätten....vllt.auch geschmackssache, tut mir leid

Ist auch voll in Ordnung - jeder hat nen anderen Geschmack. Für mich ist es das Top-Album aus 2017 neben der Delinquent Habits, dem Devin The Dude Album und der MC Eiht (die zum Glück auf Vinyl kam). Verstehe einer die Labels... Immer wieder Sachen pressen die es schon gab. Naja...
