Total kranke Tracklist. :D
Aber bei den Vorabtracks sind immerhin schon einige Bretter dabei, allen voran "Lane 2 Lane" und "Revolutionary Ride Music". Mal schauen, was der Rest so kann.
 
Hat soweit ich weiß kein wirkliches Konzept, lässt sich an den vielen Vorabtracks zumindest nicht erkennen.
 
Deswegen dachte ich gerade an Quakers, weil dies auch mehr so eine zusammengewürfelte Compilation ist, genau wie dieses Album. Ich hoffe es wird genau so gut wie Quakers
 
Wobei hinter Quakers ja ein ganzes Kollektiv an Musikern steht, die das auf die Beine gestellt haben. Hier ist es halt "nur" ein DJ, der sich scheinbar seine Lieblingskünstler aussuchen konnte. :D

DJ EFN released his new compilation, Another Time, a few days ago (March 3rd), and one of the highlights (out of the many, many bangers) gets a facelift courtesy of K-Def. The track is actually from DJ EFN Presents: The K-Def Remixes via Redefinition Records, which will drop soon.

nein - das tape noch nicht. hab das album aber natürlich längst gezogen.
hab es bisher nur oberflächlich anhören können. der erste eindruck: einige gute songs sind drauf, trotzdem haben viele tracks für mich persönlich die selben probleme wie auch schon auf x ähnlichen alben der vergangenheit... etwas überladen mit features auf einem track, ausgelutschte samples und versucht es verkrampft jedem recht zu machen mit eastcoast, westcoast, dirty south collabos. ist aber nur meine meinung.

Für so ein Line-Up musst du auch entweder einen Namen oder genug Kohle haben. :D
Hab mir das Album übrigens gestern zufällig mal angehört, ist schon ganz gelungen. Ein paar unpassende Sachen hätte man streichen können, aber mit "Revolutionary Ride Music", "Lane 2 Lane", "Paradise", "Who's Crazy", "Selfish" (Hook nur etwas zu cheesy), "South-West", "Motivation" und "We Earned It" sind schon einige richtig starke Tracks dabei.
