HD/DD Disketten -> F*ck

Ich habe nen S1000 und in der Bedienungsanleitung steht, dass man für AKAI Sampler HD oder DD Disketten benutzen soll.
Ich habe mir HD Disketten geholt, die erkennt er nicht an!

Liegt das daran das die IBM formatiert sind?

Welche Disks nimmt er denn?

jo müssen im akai format sein... is schon n bisschen her das ich mit den kisten ma was gemacht hab, aber ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, das man die mit dem sampler auch ins richtige format formatieren kann...

Thx für deine Antwort, kannst du mir auch sagen wie man das macht? Oder weiß es jemand anderes?

ja ich weiss nich mehr genau. wird wohl irgendwo unter disk oder save/load oder so gewesen sein. und dann auf format... und ich glaub dann konnte man auswählen was man formatieren will. aber sicher bin ich mir auch ned mehr... ma sehn, wird schon noch jemand anders ne antwort drauf haben....

Before you can use a diskette, it must be formatted. MF2DD disks should be formatted as
low-density, and MF2HD disks should be formatted as high-density. As explained earlier in
this manual, these different types of diskette can be formatted in the other way, but it is not
recommended that you do this.
Formatting a diskette will permanently remove all data previously recorded on it. Only
format new diskettes or ones which contain data that you are sure you don't need any more.
Insert the diskette in the drive, select "FLOPPY" at the top of the screen, and press
HIGH or LOW , depending on the density of the diskette to be formatted. The process will take
about a minute, and the track and side number of the diskette will be displayed as the
operation proceeds.
